We understand that independent hotels, resorts, casinos and golf courses do not have the budget, resources and time that large corporations have to hire sustainability experts nor the time to develop custom software solutions for sustainability.
Our mission is to help our clients become more sustainable and cost effective. Our goal is to provide real solutions and simplified programs that take the cost, complexity and time out of managing sustainability programs and certifications.
THE PLAN
We build our approach around a solid plan. An Environmental Sustainability Plan is a comprehensive strategy designed to identify and manage environmental sustainability issues. It sets a baseline then outlines a set of objectives, and goals to reduce the negative impacts of an organization's activities on the environment

OBJECTIVES, GOALS AND PROJECTS
Objectives are measurable goals that the plan will target. Examples of objectives may include reducing energy consumption, reducing waste output, improving water quality, reducing air pollution, and increasing biodiversity. The key step in creating an Environmental Sustainability Plan is to implement related projects to achieve the goals. Projects are specific actions that an organization can take to reach the desired KPIs. Examples of projects may include smaller projects such as a Plastic Bottle Elimination Program or LED Lighting Program all the way up to an Electric Vehicle Program or Solar Energy Project.
